  I have been a client at this salon for eight years. I began searching for a master colorist in my area, and I found the owner of Salon Dot Calm, Glenna Palmeri. The two main hairstylists at the salon are Tracie Morley and Glenna. They also have a skin care specialist and massage therapist on board.
  
  Over the years, Glenna has maintained a relaxed and professional atmosphere for her clients and employees. What's more she cultivates personal relationships with each of her clients, and it enhances the quality of her work. Her salon carries a range of products for hair and skin, and it's always fun to visit and check out the new clothing and jewelry line that's sold in the salon!
  
  The most innovative and impressive part about Glenna's color process is the Crystal Films she uses to color my hair. I had never seen them until I visited her salon, and it turns out she was the first salon to initiate this product. Instead, of using foil she uses a clear film sheet between slices of color that allows her to see the hair as the color develops.
  
  What amazes me most about Glenna's work is that, in a time when most salons are sticking to what they know to maintain their client relationships, she refuses to accept the status quo. Just today I was sitting in the chair getting my hair colored, and Glenna was talking about her newest sustainable organic product line. She will be releasing the organic color line in the new year, and stay tuned, because the word in the salon is she will also be opening a new location around the same time.
